Captiqs works with a Pure Loop process. This allows us to shred used carpet and transform it into a polyolefin granulate once more. This new Recycled granulate can then in house be used to extrude fibers again that we can turn into new event carpets. As such, we can offer a fully circular carpet for your event : XPOPURE®.
When the obtained re-granulate is not used to manufacture carpet fibers again, we can also utilize it for producing plastic injection molding pieces (UP-cycling recycling process). This ensures that even after its life as a carpet, the materials are still repurposed, contributing to waste reduction and promoting a circular economy.
